The basic rule is; if your bra is falling, pinching, pulling, poking, squeezing, bouncing around or riding up, you are wearing the wrong size.

Bra Fitting 101

- Clip bra on the loosest hook
- Make sure the band is horizontal and the middle part of the bra sits nicely on your chest

- Nipples should be between the length of your shoulders and elbows

- If the band of the bra ride up in the back – the band is too big
- Cups that wrinkle – the cup is too big,
- If your breasts spill over, under, or sideways- the cup is too small
- To test the band size; slip the straps off the shoulder, the bra should support the breasts and not move. If it falls, the band is too big or the bra style does not give enough support.
- Lastly, move your body around (lift your arms, jump around, bend over) to test if the bra is secure and comfortable

4 Easy Steps – How to wear a bra

1)      Bend over and slip straps over shoulders.

2)      Keep bending over, and hook the band to the loosest hook.

3)      Scoop each breast properly to the middle of the cup.

4)      Stand up and adjust straps if necessary.
